1. About us

Medipro Clinics operates from 1 Mossley Road, Oldham, Saddleworth, OL4 4HH. Contact: Info@mediproaesthetics.com or 0161 711 1741.

2. Eligibility

All injectable treatments (including dermal fillers, anti-wrinkle injections, Aqualyx, polynucleotides, PDO threads, Profhilo) are strictly for clients aged 18 or over. Proof of age will be requested at your first appointment. Under-18s cannot be booked in for cosmetic botulinum toxin or fillers — this is UK law (Botulinum Toxin and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act 2021).

3. Consultations

Your first consultation is free and carries no obligation to proceed. During the consultation we take a medical history and assess your suitability. We may decline to treat you if, in our clinical judgement, treatment is not appropriate.

4. Booking and deposit

  • A deposit of £20 (or as shown at the time of booking) is taken via Stripe to secure your appointment.
  • Your deposit is redeemed against your treatment.
  • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend (“no-show”).
  • Cancellations with 48 hours’ or more notice will have the deposit refunded or transferred to a future booking.
  • We may reschedule your appointment if our clinician is unavailable; we will notify you as soon as possible and you may request a full refund.

5. Pricing

Prices are as shown on the Prices page. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices from time to time; the price for your treatment will be confirmed at the time of booking.

6. Consent to treatment

All treatments are carried out with your written, informed consent after a consultation. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time up to the commencement of treatment. For prescription-only treatments (e.g. botulinum toxin) a prescriber consultation is required.

7. Patch tests

Where indicated (e.g. laser hair removal, chemical peels) a patch test may be required 24–48 hours before treatment. Skipping a required patch test will result in treatment being declined.

8. Aftercare and results

We provide written aftercare guidance for every treatment. Outcomes vary between individuals; we do not guarantee specific results. Following aftercare materially affects outcome and is your responsibility.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot by law be excluded. Subject to that, our liability for any one treatment is limited to the price paid for that treatment. You should disclose any relevant medical history or medication at consultation — failure to do so may affect treatment safety.

10. Website use

The content of this website is for general information. It is not medical advice and does not replace a consultation with a qualified practitioner. We take reasonable care to ensure accuracy but do not warrant the site is error-free or always available.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, logos) is the property of Medipro Clinics or our licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use but may not copy or re-use any material commercially without our permission.

12. Complaints

We take complaints seriously. See our Complaints procedure.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date shows when this page was last changed.
